Ifrah has over twelve years of experience as a project manager, managing digital campaigns. Specializing in the management of product marketing and promotions in client and non-client facing roles. These include but are not limited to website developments, email deployments and media ad publishing. Has managed marketing campaigns with budgets ranging from $100K to $1MIL resulting in client satisfaction and an increase in company revenue.
Some of her previous agency experience includes Loyalty One (AIR MILES), Ogilvy and most recently We Are Social. While working at these agencies she worked on brands such as BMO, AMEX, Tim Hortons and Huggies
She sees herself as a partner to her clients, caring for their business and not just managing their campaigns. She created a client service handbook for her BMO client to onboard new hires for their team. She took the initiative to create a handbook that walked them through the entire project lifecycle of all the products/services they offered.
