Banner development is not like coding a website.
It’s more about adding life to a design than simply transferring a PSD into HTML. It takes a marriage of animation and code, and the ability to communicate to the team what will and will not work within the unique restrictions of the banner world.
I have worked exclusively as a Banner Developer for 22 years now, and as a Web Designer and Developer for 2 years before that. I have experience working with a wide range of clients, from small specialty shops, to large agencies such as Grip Limited, Juniper Park/TBWA, DDB, Leo Burnett, and Cossette. I also spent three years as one of three Toronto-based exclusive DoubleClick Creative Partners, and at the end of the program was the only freelancer at the time in North America recognized as a Certified Company with Doubleclick
